PRE-SEASON

 The hardest part of CrossFit is getting started and we've built this program with that in mind. We've created an environment where you'll feel safe learning the fundamentals, and also a place to meet other first-time CrossFitters.  Furthermore, we need to familiarize ourselves with the way you move and take note of any imbalances or limitations you may have.  

 

The course consists of 4 classes that are each 1 hour long and take place over 2 weeks: Tuesday & Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm x 2 weeks. 

 

*If you cannot make one of the classes you can re-schedule the session you missed with one of our trainers for an additional $25.  We also have the option to complete the entire course with a personal trainer.
