The hardest part of CrossFit is getting started and we've built this program with that in mind. We've created an environment where you'll feel safe learning the movements we do in class, getting to see our gym and understand what CFFD is all about!  Furthermore, we need to familiarize ourselves with the way you move and take note of any imbalances or limitations you may have.  

 

The course consists of 4 classes that are each 1 hour long and take place between you and one of our coaches. To get started email us!
